Creamy Peanut Thai Noodles

Ingredients:
1 package spaghetti
1 cup peanut butter
1 can coconut milk
½ cup water
2 packets (1 tbsp) soy sauce
2 packets (1 tbsp) honey
Juice of 1 lime
OPTIONAL- Spices or seasonings
Directions:
Cook spaghetti by package instructions. Drain and put into a dish.
Add peanut butter, coconut milk, and water to a pan set over medium heat.
Cook and stir occasionally, until ingredients melt together. Be sure not to burn sauce!
Add soy sauce and honey to the sauce. Stir to combine. Add spices if desired.
Pour over noodles.
Top with lime juice and additional spices or hot sauce if desired.
Enjoy warm!
*Bonus: also delicious with shredded chicken!
