Welcome to September!

As Labor Day arrives and we say goodbye to summer, we want you to know that our clients were well fed. We received over 3,300 pounds of fresh produce and meat in June and over 4,800 pounds in July! Thank you to Stop & Shop, and Cargills for the meat, Great Harvest Bread for fresh bread, Lucky Foot Farms for the produce, and Taylor Farms for the ready to eat sandwiches, salads and meals. We served over 700 people in June and over 800 people in July a lot of healthy food and produce. We are gathering the August stats, and they are similar. We thank our donors and those who support us. Thanks for the bountiful summer!

What a difference a year makes!

A special thank you to North Kingstown High School junior Jacob Silversmith. Jacob was the last person to make a donation in March before the pandemic. This year, he donated 89 pounds of hygiene products which have been a continuous need at the pantry over the past year. Great job Jacob!

Allie's Donuts

Besides making some of the best donuts in Rhode Island, Allie’s has a great staff and generous customers. Since January they have donated over $3600 to the Food Pantry. Thank You!
